Obituary of Margaret T. Brannam

On Friday, August 1, 2019, Margaret (Midge) Brannam, loving wife and mother of four children, passed away suddenly at the age of 86. Midge was born on July 21, 1933 in London, England to Bridget (Hogan) O'Callaghan and Charles O'Callaghan, She grew up in Clonmel, Ireland with her three sisters and brother and returned to London as a teenager. In 1968, she married Harry Brannam. They raised one son, Jeffrey (Gwen Anthis) McKinney and three daughters, Lisa (Gus) Sambrano, Teresa McKinney and Suzanne (Tim) Bollinger, living in Wyoming and the Philippines and later settling in Tucson, Arizona. Midge had a passion for life and believed in enjoying every minute of it. She loved to travel, dance, be the life of the party and most of all she loved spending time with her family, dear friends and the British Wives Club. She was known for her kind and compassionate heart and was always there for anyone who needed some advice, a hug or a nice cup of tea. Midge was preceded in death by her mother Bridget, father Charles, sisters Kathleen O'Callaghan, Noreen Lemond and nephews Tony Cerasoli and John Cerasoli. She is survived by her loving husband Harry M. Brannam; four children, Jeff, Lisa, Teresa and Suzanne; her sister Mary Cerasoli; brother Steve O'Callaghan; seven grandchildren Joshua, Kathryn, Alex, Trevin, Keigan, Delaney and Zach; five great-grandchildren; loving nieces Anna, Gina, Christina and Tracey and dear friends Debbie Brown and Monique Dixon. A viewing will be held Wednesday, August 7, 2019 from 5 to 8 p.m., and a memorial service held on Thursday, August 8, 2019 at 11:00 a.m., both at Bring's Broadway Chapel 6910 E. Broadway Blvd. Tucson, AZ 85710.
