Obituary of Lorene Edith White

WHITE, Lorene Edith 92 passed away on October 10, 2019.  She was born in Jonesboro Arkansas July 27, 1927.  Lorene is survived by her children James (Cathy) Johnston, Hanne (Larry) Hering, Jack (Freda) White, Ruth (Mike) Ravelich, Dianna (Mark) Samuels.  Her grandchildren, Jeff (Michael,Thomas) Johnston, Roger Johnston, Jason (Angela, Nikola) Bailey, Hayley (Anthony, Quinn, Channing) Busellato, Christopher Hering, Derrick (Deanna, Celine, Camila) White-Wolff, Darby White, Isabella and Sabrina Samuels.  She was proceeded in death by her husband Jack White, her brother Bill (Virginia) O’Neal, son Alvin Johnston, daughter Doris (Drake, AJ) White-Wolff.  Lorene White was a loving family woman.  There was nothing that she loved more then her children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  She was lovingly referred to as the “baby whisperer” as she never met a baby she could not soothe.  She grew up during the Great Depression in a small rural town.  As a young child, shelearned the value of hard work. As an adult she taught herself to invest her money in the stock market where she enjoyed tracking it closely.  She will be dearly missed by all.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.  Funeral 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 15th, 2019.  Bring’s Broadway Chapel 6910 E Broadway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85710
