Obituary of Fannie M. Miller

Fannie Mae (Foreman) Miller passed away July 22, 2020 after a short illness. She was a beloved spouse, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Fannie was preceded in death by her parents, James and Pearl Foreman (Wichita, KS) and by her oldest sister Betty Gresham (Wichita, KS), her youngest sister Joe Ann Jackson (Tucson, AZ), and most recently her only brother Billy Foreman, Sr. (Wichita, KS) She is survived by her husband of fifty years, John E. Miller, her children, John A. Wright (Michelle)(Wichita, KS), Miracle N. Miller (Tucson, AZ), sister Nadine Foreman (Camden, AK), step daughters Risa R. Dudley (Brady)(Buford, GA) and Anissia T. Brewer (Marc)(Charlotte, NC) and niece Angela Gresham (Wichita, KS).

She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, with a new great-grand on the way.

Born in Amy Arkansas, but at an early age she moved with her parents to Wichita, KS, where she graduated from Wichita East High School.

She traveled the world with her husband, who was in the military and then again after his retirement and doing contractor and civil service work. She enjoyed the traveling and meeting people, in so doing amassed an extensive list of friends and acquaintances around the globe. She will be missed by many!

After cremation, some of her ashes will be spread over her favorite fishing hole, before being interred at Arizona Veterans' Memorial Cemetery at Marana.
