MANNING MILLER Born in Granville, NY April 26, 1927 died Tucson, AZ January 4, 2013. Preceded by his father Louis Goldberg, mother Zelda (Miller) Goldberg, Sister Rheet Miller, great-granddaughter Eliza LaRose, and daughter in-law Michelle Miller. Survived by his; wife Phyllis Miller, children; David (Marjorie) Miller, Donald (Debbie) Miller, Daniel (Galina) Miller, and Diane (Harold) Smith; Grandchildren; Nicole Miller, Allison Miller, Ian Miller, Naomi Miller, Sara Smith, and Samantha Smith. Great-Grandchildren; River Kornmeyer and Isleigh Miller. He was a third generation store owner. He served in the US Army Air Corps during World War II. Graduated from Bryant College. He loved his family, family gatherings, sailing, playing cards, traveling, hiking, reading, sport cars, cats, golfing, and life. It was Manning’s wishes that there be no services following his cremation. His ashes will be scattered where he liked to hike and read books.
