Obituary of Ann Batchelor Frey

Ann B. Frey passed away on March 23, 2012 at the age of 91. Ann was born on August 8, 1920, in Claremont, New Hampshire, the daughter of Vance and Beatrice Batchelor and the sister of Ellen Richards and Barbara Watrous. She married William C. Frey on October 3, 1942 and was his loving wife until his death on February 17, 1979. She is survived by her sister, Ellen Richards; her daughter, Catherine Larkin; son, Frank W. Frey and his wife, Selma Carrillo Frey; grandson, Christopher "Mike" LeBlanc; great-granddaughters, Larkin and Gisella and many nephews and nieces. Ann was a graduate of the University of New Mexico. During her lifetime she became a pilot, swimmer, golfer, avid fisherwoman and accomplished artist. Ann loved to entertain and acquired a wide circle of close friends. She had a special affection for dogs and small children. Ann will always be remembered for her loving, cheerful and kind nature. She will be missed and will remain in the hearts of all who knew her. A Memorial Service will be held at BRING'S BROADWAY CHAPEL at 6910 E. Broadway, Tucson, Arizona, at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 28, 2012.
