Dora Harper

Obituary of Dora J. Harper

Dora Harper, loving mother and grandmother, dedicated wife, loyal sister, aunt, godparent, cousin, and dearest friend, we celebrate your life.  On January 19th, 2023, at 7:11PM, you departed this world surrounded by your adoring husband and committed family.

Dora was and extraordinary woman of strong faith and love that touched everyone she knew and who knew her.  A quiet and humble person by nature she lived a life of service to others often without thought for herself.  As a Certified Nursing Assistant, the profession she chose in life perfectly fit her personality: non-judgmental, unselfish, loving, caring, generous, and kindhearted.  Those with whom her path in life crossed always felt the gentleness of her wonderful soul.

The love in her heart spoke volumes underneath her reserved exterior, and the dedication she had for her God, catholic faith, church, husband, and all her family was deep beyond  measure.  Everyone who grew to know her will know that even know now in the peace of The Lord’s loving paradise Dora prays for us all.  She prays that our lives might be a little better, and that the pain of her absence from among us will be eased.

We love and miss you Dora, but we know that you and your prayers are always with us in our hearts
